Shrub Trimming & Structural Pruning
Shrub trimming and/or structural pruning of all shrubs, woody ornamentals (except hydrangeas due to blooming season – typically done during fall clean up) as well as ornamental trees up to 16′ tall.  Our pruning practices are based on the national standard which recommends not removing more than a third of the plant’s overall growth inclusive of height, width, and internal branch structure.  An estimate can be provided if you are interested in a more aggressive or restorative type of pruning. A restorative pruning is defined as diminishing existing Woody ornamentals and/or tree’s overall height to a size up to or greater than half its current size. Please note that not all shrubs and/or trees can handle this type of pruning and survive.
