Position Summary

As a Landscape Supervisor, you’ll oversee residential and commercial projects while leading crews in the field. This position requires strong leadership, organization, and hands-on technical ability. You’ll be responsible for ensuring every job is completed efficiently, safely, and to Northeast Landscape’s high standards of quality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Oversee and execute landscape maintenance and installation projects
Lead and train crew members on-site to ensure safe, high-quality work
Coordinate and manage daily job schedules within budgeted time frames
Verify that all crew members wear proper uniforms and safety equipment
Operate and oversee the use of equipment, power tools, and small machinery
Manage and record daily workflows, times, and notes using a tablet through SAP
Conduct final site inspections, ensuring complete cleanup and client satisfaction
Maintain tools, trucks, and trailers in a clean, professional condition
Track tool inventory for assigned trailer and report equipment service needs
Assist with project management and ensure adherence to job timelines
Professionally interact with clients to review or clarify project expectations
Complete daily DoT logs and use asset tracking software as required
Be available for weekend work during peak season and snow operations in winter

Requirements

Punctual, professional appearance, and strong work ethic
Valid driver’s license in good standing; ability to drive a truck with trailer
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Landscape Supervisor (or related leadership role)
Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs
General working knowledge of landscape tools and equipment
Ability to record and manage daily workflow on a company-issued tablet

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $26.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time (8-hour day shift, Monday–Friday; overtime and weekends as needed)
Expected Hours: 40 per week
