Norman Lee, President
Norman began NLC in 1988 while serving on the Salem, NH Police Department. Since that time, he has grown NLC to be one of the largest and most prestigious landscape companies in the Merrimack Valley. Norman remains involved in the day-to-day aspects by mentoring and leading the Sales Force. He holds various industry certifications including being a PLANT Member and SIMA CSP as well as a Licensed MA General Contractor. nlee@nlcinc.net

Mark DelGreco, Operation/General Manager
Mark brings with him over 20 years of operational and logistical experience. Since coming to the company in 2006 he has stream lined and elevated our levels of quality and efficiency thus delivering clients premium service. Lisa Armstrong, Office/Finance Manager
Lisa acts as the Office/Finance Manager for NLC. Primary duties include customer service, liaison between customer and management and making sure all financial aspects of the business run smoothly. Lisa has been with NLC since 2007 and has a vast knowledge of all services NLC provides. Lisa brings with her 30 years experience in the contracting business field. larmstrong@nlcinc.net
