Job Description
Our growing company is in need of an energetic, self-motivated multitalented individual with great team leadership and motivational skills. Responsible for providing superior quality landscape maintenance and installations for high-end residential as well as commercial properties. Central to this position is a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail, as well as strong organizational skills to aid management in developing business systems to improve on quality and efficiency. This position demands a front line, progressive-thinking innovator/team player that has an absolute command of the direct relationship between the clients' needs and the Company needs. This position would answer directly to the operations manager and interact regularly with the sales managers.

Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in high-end residential and commercial maintenance and installations.
Structural pruning and shrub trimming
Plant and tree species knowledgeable
Lawn, plant and tree installations and care
Able to follow written and verbal instruction in order to create the vision sold to customer
Able to operate landscape related power equipment
Critical-Strong organizational skills with time management and efficiencies focus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Goal-driven and results-oriented-able to operate with a sense of urgency
Enjoy working in an environment where team work is expected and demanded
